Endang Saeful Anwar, Lc., M.A\u00a0saatmembuka\u00a0acara\u00a0Rapat\u00a0Kerja\u00a0LPPOM MUI Banten pada\u00a0hariSabtu, 13 Januari 2024\u00a0bertempat\u00a0di Aula RM Sari Kuring Indah,\u00a0Ciracas\u00a0Serang\u00a0Banten.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKonsekuensi\u00a0kewajiban\u00a0bersertifikat\u00a0halal\u00a0bagi\u00a0produk(baik\u00a0barang\u00a0dan\u00a0jasa) sangat\u00a0krusial. Satu\u00a0sisi, mandatory\u00a0inimemastikan\u00a0produk\u00a0yang\u00a0dikonsumsi\u00a0dan\u00a0digunakan\u00a0oleh\u00a0masyarakat\u00a0terjamin\u00a0kehalalannya.\u00a0Namun\u00a0di\u00a0sisi\u00a0lain,\u00a0diksi\u201ckewajiban\u201d\u00a0ini\u00a0menjadi\u00a0pekerjaan\u00a0besar\u00a0bagi\u00a0pemerintahuntuk\u00a0menghubungkan\u00a0banyak\u00a0sekali\u00a0nilai-nilai\u00a0kehalalanyang\u00a0saat\u00a0ini\u00a0masih\u00a0terserak\u00a0ke\u00a0dalam\u00a0berbagai\u00a0sektor\u201d,\u00a0Ujar Endang Saeful Anwar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurutnya,&nbsp;saat&nbsp;ini&nbsp;masyarakat&nbsp;belum&nbsp;memahamiaturan&nbsp;dan tata&nbsp;cara&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;mendapatkan&nbsp;sertifikasi&nbsp;halal pada&nbsp;produk&nbsp;yang&nbsp;dibuatnya.&nbsp;Maka&nbsp;dari&nbsp;itu,&nbsp;sosialisasi&nbsp;ini&nbsp;juga&nbsp;penting&nbsp;dilakukan&nbsp;agar&nbsp;pelaku&nbsp;UMKM&nbsp;lebih&nbsp;mudah&nbsp;dalammengurus&nbsp;sertifikat&nbsp;halal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSertifikasi&nbsp;halal&nbsp;tentunya&nbsp;sangat&nbsp;penting,&nbsp;karena&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;itumaka&nbsp;konsumen&nbsp;dapat&nbsp;mengetahui&nbsp;bagaimana&nbsp;prinsip&nbsp;halal&nbsp;diterapkan&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;proses&nbsp;menghasilkan&nbsp;produk&nbsp;tersebut,&nbsp;mulaidari&nbsp;penyediaan&nbsp;bahan,&nbsp;pemrosesan,&nbsp;pengemasan,&nbsp;hinggapenyajian,\u201d&nbsp;jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain&nbsp;jaminan&nbsp;bahwa&nbsp;proses&nbsp;pembuatan&nbsp;halal,&nbsp;sertifikasiini&nbsp;juga&nbsp;akan&nbsp;memberikan&nbsp;jaminan&nbsp;bagi&nbsp;konsumenbahwasannya&nbsp;produk&nbsp;itu&nbsp;aman&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;dikonsumsi.&nbsp;Sebab, pada proses&nbsp;pembuatan&nbsp;sertifikasi&nbsp;ini&nbsp;pihaknya&nbsp;juga&nbsp;akanmemeriksa&nbsp;kehalalan&nbsp;suatu&nbsp;produk&nbsp;melalui&nbsp;sidang&nbsp;fatwa halal&nbsp;sebagai&nbsp;pemenuhan&nbsp;aspek&nbsp;hukum&nbsp;agama.&nbsp;Hasilnya, Badan&nbsp;Penyelenggara&nbsp;Jaminan&nbsp;Produk&nbsp;Halal (BPJPH) yang&nbsp;akanmenerbitkan&nbsp;sertifikat&nbsp;halal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LPPOM MUI Banten\u00a0saat\u00a0ini\u00a0menjadi\u00a0salah\u00a0satuLembaga\u00a0Pemeriksa\u00a0Halal yang\u00a0berada\u00a0di\u00a0bawah\u00a0naunganMUI Banten.\u00a0Sementara\u00a0MUI Banten\u00a0dengan\u00a0KomisiFatwanya\u00a0menjadi\u00a0mitra\u00a0strategis\u00a0bagi\u00a0semua\u00a0LPH\u00a0dalammendapatkan\u00a0itsbat\u00a0halal\u00a0atau\u00a0Surat\u00a0Keterangan\u00a0Halal yang\u00a0menjadi\u00a0dasar\u00a0bagi\u00a0BPJPH\u00a0dalam\u00a0menerbitkan\u00a0sertifikat\u00a0halal.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default Banten\u00a0memiliki\u00a0peran\u00a0yang\u00a0cukupstrategis\u00a0dalam\u00a0mensosialisaikan\u00a0dan\u00a0mengurus\u00a0proses\u00a0sertifikasi\u00a0halal, LPPOM MUI\u00a0sudah\u00a0berpengalaman\u00a0dan\u00a0memiliki\u00a0tenaga\u00a0auditor yang\u00a0ahli\u00a0di\u00a0bidangnya,\u00a0ditambahdengan\u00a0sarana\u00a0prasarana\u00a0auditing yang\u00a0memadai,\u00a0makaLPPOM MUI\u00a0harus\u00a0tampil\u00a0dan\u00a0bisa\u00a0memberikan\u00a0kepercayaankepada\u00a0masyarakat\u00a0UMKM\u00a0untuk\u00a0mendaftarkan\u00a0produknyake\u00a0LPPOM MUI\u201d\u00a0ujar\u00a0Endang\u00a0menegaskan\u00a0tentang\u00a0eksistensi LPPOM MUI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBukan&nbsp;hanya&nbsp;halal&nbsp;tapi&nbsp;juga&nbsp;toyib,&nbsp;artinya&nbsp;tidakmembahayakan.&nbsp;Terkadang&nbsp;mereka&nbsp;hanya&nbsp;memandang&nbsp;itumenarik&nbsp;dan&nbsp;disantap&nbsp;enak, di&nbsp;dalamnya&nbsp;apa&nbsp;itu&nbsp;kadang&nbsp;tidaktahu,&nbsp;jadi&nbsp;perlu&nbsp;kehatian-hatian,\u201d&nbsp;imbuhnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MUI&nbsp;masih&nbsp;tetap&nbsp;memiliki&nbsp;peran&nbsp;penting.&nbsp;Menurut&nbsp;Pasal 10 UU JPH, BPJPH&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;melaksanakan&nbsp;kewenangannyaakan&nbsp;bekerjasama&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;MUI&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;bentuk&nbsp;SertifikasiAuditor Halal,&nbsp;Penetapan&nbsp;kehalalan&nbsp;Produk&nbsp;dan&nbsp;AkreditasiLembaga&nbsp;Pemeriksa&nbsp;Halal (LPH).&nbsp;Kerjasama&nbsp;tersebut&nbsp;di&nbsp;atasberkaitan&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;kesesuaian&nbsp;syariah&nbsp;berdasarkan&nbsp;fatwa yang&nbsp;dikeluarkan&nbsp;oleh MUI dan&nbsp;dijelaskan&nbsp;secara&nbsp;eksplisit&nbsp;dalamPP&nbsp;Nomor&nbsp;31&nbsp;tahun&nbsp;2019&nbsp;tentang&nbsp;Pelaksanaan&nbsp;atas&nbsp;UU-JPH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMaka&nbsp;ke&nbsp;depan,&nbsp;Komisi&nbsp;Fatwa MUI&nbsp;harus&nbsp;bisa&nbsp;lebihbanyak&nbsp;berperan&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;penetapan&nbsp;kehalalan&nbsp;dan&nbsp;atauketidakhalalan&nbsp;suatu&nbsp;produk&nbsp;serta&nbsp;aspek&nbsp;syariah&nbsp;lainnya\u201d
